The CoC is required to notify, in writing outside of e-snaps, all project applicants who submitted their project applications to the CoC by the local CoC-established deadline whether their project applications will be accepted and ranked on the CoC Priority Listing, rejected, or reduced by the CoC no later than 7 days before the FY 2026 application submission deadline of September 30, 2026. The Louisville/Jefferson County CoC Board of Directors approved the final ranking on Tuesday, September 23. 2026.

HUD requires that projects originally funded under the YHDP set aside be competitively ranked. All accepted YHDP projects are included on the project ranking.
The ranking included a column indicating voluntary budget reductions initiated by the applicant. The CoC appreciates the efforts of all applicants to ensure all federal funds are utilized in a cost efficient manner.
