The Louisville/Jefferson County Continuum of Care is posting the following documents for review ahead of the September 28, 2023 submission deadline: FY23 Approved Continuum of Care Consolidated Application and FY23 Approved Project Priority Listing. The CoC is required to notify, in writing outside of e-snaps, all project applicants who submitted their project applications to the CoC by the local CoC-established deadline whether their project applications will be accepted and ranked on the CoC Priority Listing, rejected, or reduced by the CoC no later than 15 days before the FY 2023 application submission deadline.
