The CoC is required to notify, in writing outside of e-snaps, all project applicants who submitted their project applications to the CoC by the local CoC-established deadline whether their project applications will be accepted and ranked on the CoC Priority Listing, rejected, or reduced by the CoC no later than 15 days before the FY 2023 application submission deadline. The CoC Board of Directors approved the below ranking on Thursday, September 7, 2023.

YHDP projects are not ranked. However, all YHDP renewal and replacement projects submitted to the CoC will be included and submitted to HUD. A list of all accepted YHDP projects are included on the above list.
