Full-Time Position: Training and Coordination Manager. The Coalition for the Homeless is hiring a full-time training and coordination manager to be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the Louisville Metro Homeless Services Continuum of Care (CoC). Duties include: creating and implementing a training curriculum for outside partner agencies, managing all aspects of the Coalition’s training platform, helping to create policies and procedures for the overall CoC, interpreting federal regulations and representing the Coalition for the Homeless and Continuum of Care in public meetings. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, ability to learn basic online platforms and ability to read and interpret federal regulations. Past experience with federally funded programs is preferred. A preference will also be given to persons of color who are over-represented in the persons that we serve. $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience. Please see the full job description here.
