Young Adult Homelessness Resources Coordinator: The Coalition for the Homeless is hiring a full-time young adult homelessness resources coordinator who will be an integral part of the planning team supporting locally and federally funded agencies in the Louisville/Jefferson County Continuum of Care with an emphasis on ensuring that no young adults need to sleep outdoors. Duties include: Developing strategies to address young adult homelessness based on local needs and best practices, seeking opportunities to increase resources, creating and managing monthly case conferencing and service provision, advocating for policies and funding to address young adult homelessness and creating and tracking the local plan to address young adult homelessness. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. Must have the ability to learn basic online platforms with which you may not be familiar, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong work relationships across sectors. Must have demonstrated project management experience. $57,000 to $62,000 based on experience.
