Coordinated Access Specialist – The Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a full-time employee to work 37.5 hours per week. This position will be in The Coordinated Shelter Access office. Duties include: data entry, answering phones, making appropriate referrals to homeless shelter and services, short term case management and housing navigation and meeting with persons presenting at the Coordinated Shelter Access that may be seeking shelter in the Louisville emergency shelter system. Position is Monday-Friday with availability between 8:00am – 4:00 pm; potential hybrid position with up to two remote working days. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Applicants should also have a bachelor’s degree or two years’ experience in customer or social services and familiarity with computer databases such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Applicants must be able to work with diverse people groups and pay attention to detail.

Family Homelessness Resources Manager – The Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a full time Family Homelessness Resources Manager to develop an assessment of gaps and resources to address family homelessness and lead the community’s response to the identified gaps. This position requires demonstrated project management experience and ability to collaborate with others to plan, implement, and finish high quality projects. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to host planning meetings, write and lead the community in completing plans and reports, and share expectations about program outcomes. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
