Please Join the Good News Lunch Party
Where: YMCA Safe Place (2400 Crittenden Dr, Louisville, KY 40217)
When: Saturday, September 10, 2016, at 12pm
Who: Everyone who cares about those sleeping on the streets in Louisville
What: Lunch provided by our fabulous hosts (we’ll pass the hat so you can pitch in!) and an opportunity to learn about resources to help others
Many dedicated Louisvillians have taken to the streets to help their homeless neighbors in need. Some have been doing it so long and for so many that they have become experts while others are just getting started, so YMCA Safe Place is hosting the fifth Good News Party on September 10 at noon to thank you for what you do, share ideas, and raise money for these efforts.
Please share the word. We know there is a strong network of those helping others we may not be able to reach. Bring yourself and others, some cash to donate toward lunch and any really good resources or concerns to share. See agenda below.
To RSVP, please contact Natalie Harris at nharris@louhomeless.org to get an idea for how much lunch to provide. Please bring others even at the last minute and if they can’t donate. We want to make this fun and useful!
