The Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a part-time hourly employee to work approximately 15-20 hours per week at the Single Point of Entry call center answering phones and meeting with walk-ins seeking shelter in the Louisville emergency shelter system. Weekend availability from 9am – 4:30 pm is required as this position is for Fridays and Saturdays. Additional hours may be available when staff are sick or on vacation. Applicants must have reliable transportation. They should have a bachelor’s degree or experience working with homeless persons. Familiarity with computer databases is also important to fulfill the job.
