The Louisville/Jefferson County Continuum of Care (CoC) is honored to be selected by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to participate in the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). We are currently accepting applications for YHDP funding. Applications are due no later than 5:00pm on April 26, 2019. Applications are to be submitted to Erica Johns at ejohns@louhomeless.org
