The mission of the Coalition for the Homeless is to prevent and end homelessness through advocacy, education, and coordination of 30 member agencies. In recent years, our collaborative efforts have led to a 50% decrease in chronic homelessness, as well as an end to homelessness among Louisville’s veterans.
The Coalition for the Homeless Associate Board was formed to create a group of young professionals to serve as leaders and advisers for the Coalition, as well as to encourage engagement of the larger Louisville community to improve the lives of homeless Louisvillians.
If you are a young professional interested in becoming a member of the Coalition for the Homeless Associate Board, please download and fill out the application and email it to Natalie at nharris@louhomeless.org. While we generally accept new members in the early summer, we may have openings throughout the year, so we encourage you to fill out this form at any time.
