The Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a regular employee to be responsible for supervising the call/walk-in center for Single Point of Entry and the Prevention/Diversion project. Answering the phone and responding to walk-in service requests are included in the job description.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field or three years’ experience in social services. One-year supervisory experience is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and the ability to understand the Homeless Management Information System are necessary to fulfill the job. Ability to work with diverse groups is essential.
