New COVID-19 Procedures

COVID-19 is now at global pandemic levels, and people experiencing homelessness are at great risk.

Like everyone, we are concerned about the health and wellbeing of our clients and our staff. Our top priority is to continue to serve clients while mitigating the spread of COVID-19.

As such, the Single Point of Entry office and Prevention & Diversion teams will move to phone calls only beginning Monday, March 16. No face-to-face meetings or walk-in appointments will be held during this crisis. We do not have back-up staff members, and our call center and prevention/diversion staff need to stay healthy so we can continue to serve as many clients as possible, especially now.

Our staff members will remain in the office but will be working with clients via phone and email. Our phone lines will remain open seven days a week from 10 am – 4 pm.

We have requested all emergency shelters to suspend the need for picture IDs at shelter check-in, since we will not be making picture IDs in the office.
