CFH Benefits Summary (for full-time staff)

  • 10 Annual Holidays
    • New Year’s Day (January 1)
    • Martin Luther King Day (third Monday in January)
    • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
    • Juneteenth (June 19)
    • Independence Day (July 4)
    • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
    • Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
    • Day After Thanksgiving (fourth Friday in November)
    • Christmas Eve (December 24
    • Christmas Day (December 25)
  • 90 Hours of Sick Leave per year (pro-rated based on employment date)
  • Full-time employees will accrue vacation leave at the rate of up to 15 days per year for the first four years of service. Beginning the fifth year, full-time employees will accrue vacation up to 20 days per year through the ninth year of service. Beginning the tenth year, full-time employees will accrue vacation up to 25 days per year.

  • 7% SEP Retirement. No employee contribution required.
