We are devastated to share the news that Joe Knall, a dedicated member of our staff on the Single Point of Entry team, died at the end of December.
Joe joined the Coalition for the Homeless in 2017 and over the course of his four years with the organization, he helped thousands of Louisvillians to gain access to shelter, housing deposits, and other resources; he even shared his own lunch with hungry clients on more than one occasion.
We will miss Joe deeply, and our hearts go out to his family and friends and everyone who loved him. We wish we could thank him once more for his hard work and compassion, especially throughout the pandemic which has impacted so many in desperate need of help.
